INTENTO DE CENSURA DE LA VERSION PARA CELULAR DE LA VERDAD SEA DICHA

El día de hoy recibí un email del sitio de intercambio de archivos 4shared.com informándome que el archivo lvsd_20070206.3gp (conteniendo la versión para celular del programa del martes pasado de La Verdad Sea Dicha) había sido reportado como "abuso" y que mi cuenta había sido suspendida. Si no retiraba el archivo en cuestión a la brevedad mi cuenta iba a ser borrada.

Entré a la sección de "ayuda" del sitio y después de una conversación con Constantine, una de sus operadoras, me informaron que el archivo había sido marcado como "Racismo y violencia", que en esos casos se procede a verificar manualmente, pero que habia sido un error.

I am very surprised with the action you had taken with the file lvsd_20070206.3gp in my account. This file is the 3GPP (cellular phone) version of the TV program “La Verdad Sea Dicha” (“The Truth Is said”), broadcasted nationwide by Canal 13 in Mexico last Tuesday morning.

This TV program “La Verdad Sea Dicha” is an extraordinary action of free citizens trying to break the censorship that the Federal Government is imposing to the Mexican people. It does NOT contain anything that can motivated a complaint except for the fact the Mexican Federal Government is trying to censor our TV program.

With your action of banned my account you are helping the censorship, blocking the free speech rights of the people that wants to inform what is the reality in our country.

I must inform you that by NO MEANS I will remove the file, because that action will tell to our adversaries that they can block any of our attempts to spread the truth in our country simply by marking any file of ours as an abuse. I would ask you, in a very kindly way, to return this file to the original place in my account.

I assure you this file does not content any pornographic nor insulting material.
