Hice una edición rápida de la sinopsis de Fraude en IMDB.com

Fraude: Mexico 2006 is a movie that criticizes the way elections for president were celebrated in Mexico, where millions of mexicans claim there was a fraud that's been proven.

That's the basic premise. It doesn't tries to convince anybody. Luis Mandoki already said that it's only one perspective, from the many outside revolving around elections. The only one that counts, at the end, is the one that the spectator will get itself.
